Title: Scandinavian Vegetable Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

1cn(16 Oz) French Cut Green Beans, drained
1 Jar (2 Oz) Chopped Pimiento; drained
1cChopped Celery
2 Onions; chopped
1/2cSugar; scant
1cVinegar
1/2cCooking Oil
  Salt And Pepper; to taste

Mix all the vegetable ingredients. Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly. Best if made ahead and allowed to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Serves 8
